 ls it knife coated or hot melt coating?
We have both knife coating line and hot melting line in our factory. Depending on different application and target price, we would have a suggestion on the right material to satisfy our customers.
 l want it to produce inflatable castles, what do you suggest?
A hot-melt coating with a thinker glue on fabric is required, it is with good air-tight, peeling strength and adhesion, to make it longer use on the inflatable products.
 ls it REACH standard?
REACH standard is optional, it must be included in Pl before production. As the raw material is different with normal production
 ls it flame retardant?
Can be B1/M2/NFPA701/B2Flame retardant, it need confirmation before production, as different level FR makes different price. Our regular samples not FR included
Is it Anti-cold?
Anti-cold can be -30°C and above, also need to be confirmed before production
What is your guarantee of your products?
We are producing according to customer requirement, so our guarantee is based on customers' needs. And we would have some notes with customers. We would promise whatever we can make, and discuss with customer about the uncertain objects. For everything we promised, we accept any third-party test.

What is the MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)
It depends on the product spec. For regular products, we can produce 2000 meters or so, and sometimes we do have some stock rolls for customers' sampling purpose.

 Do you make final products by yourself, for example, trailer tarps, tents, inflatable castles?
We have partner factory especially focusing on the ready-made tarpaulin products. We do overseas orders for them exclusively.
Which products are your own production, and which are outsourced?
DER have 3 factories which produce coated fabrics, woven fabrics, and PVC flms, and we only outsource raw materials and some relative production,

What to do if there are defected rolls?
Customer send picture and we would send equal rolls by next shipment.

We have production ability more than 8million sqm per month for our 3 factories, our new factory in Anhui province, 3 million sqm per month, now only 30% occupied, dated Feb. 1,2024
